The task 7a of the
Module 3 of the BA (Hons) in Professional Practice at the Middlesex University
consists of carrying out my professional inquiry.

In this Part 6 of
this task I will speak about the last relevant piece of Literature that I have
selected for my Professional Inquiry: Digital
Performance: A History of New Media in Theater, Dance, Performance Art and
Installation by Steve Dixon (Photo Above).
At the beginning of
the term when I started to review all my literature selected from the previous
Module. After a few weeks I observed that the book Digital Performance and his author Steve Dixon was cited in almost all of them. Therefore, I decided
to buy it through Amazon, and I just received it.

Performance by Steve Dixon
Even though I haven´t started yet
the review, I had time to make a first observation of its structure and figures
(Photo above). It was fascinating to see how relevant it will be for my
inquiry, helping me to define the shape of my Critical Review, in order to show
my findings on the New Technologies that
have been used in the 21st Century Dance.
I really look
forward for the next BAPP weeks to keep defining more and more my research and Don´t
forget to keep following the blog and my Google + Community for the updates about
it!
